How do I generate a new presentation?
Simply type a prompt like "Create a 5-slide presentation about climate change" in the chat interface. The AI will generate complete slides with content, layouts, and visuals based on your request.
Can I edit existing slides?
Yes! You can edit any slide by describing the changes you want. For example, "Make the title larger" or "Change the background color to blue". The AI will show you a preview of the changes before applying them.
How does the approve/reject feature work?
When the AI suggests edits to existing slides, you'll see a side-by-side preview showing the original and proposed changes. You can approve changes to apply them or reject to keep your original design.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload images (JPG, PNG, etc.), PDF documents, and PowerPoint files (PPTX). Images can be cropped before use, and documents are analyzed to extract content or generate slides.
What is slide tagging (@)?

How much does it cost?
The AI Agent uses credits from your MagicSlides account. Each message typically costs 1 credit. You can check your remaining credits in the chat interface. Free accounts include credits to get started.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! All files are encrypted during upload and processing. Files are automatically deleted from our servers after one hour unless you choose to store them. We comply with GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes! You can export your chat conversations as Markdown files. This is useful for keeping records, sharing prompts with team members, or documenting your workflow.
