When a meeting is ready, choose 'Open in MagicTeams'. Every action item becomes a task card on today's column, with its owner as the assignee and its due date already set — nothing to retype.
Is there a timeline (Gantt) view?
Yes. Switch between a Kanban board and a timeline view. On the timeline you can drag bars to reschedule a task's start and due dates.
Can I share a board with my team?
Yes. Invite people by email with view or edit access. They get access when they open the board while signed in with that email.
What can the AI do?
Ask in plain language and it edits the board for you — add a task with an owner and due date, move a card to another column, rename or reschedule, or add a column. AI editing is a paid feature.
Is MagicTeams free?
Yes, the boards are free to use. Only the AI board assistant requires a paid plan.
