In a digital era where information consumption fast-tracks at the speed of light, there's an imminent need for strategies that enhance the efficiency and speed of information delivery.
One of these strategies includes turning text into impressive, full-blown presentations.
In a recent video tutorial, we've explored how to create presentations with AI in no time, using just a piece of text. And to top it off, we did it all within Google Slides!
The process is super straightforward. Let's recap the steps:
- Search for the information you want to include in your presentation on the internet. This could be data, explanations, studies, or any other relevant information to enhance your presentation. Simply copy and paste the text.
- Navigate to MagicSlides.app, install the add-on and then visit Google Slides.
- Input the copied text into the Magic Slides app open in your Google Slides sidebar. Here you'll have a host of options to customize your presentation. From tweaking whether to replace existing slides, to increasing the number of presentation slides to a maximum of 10 or even choosing a different language for the presentation. All it takes is a few clicks.
- After customizing to your satisfaction, click on 'generate'. Give the AI a couple of minutes, and voila! You have a complete presentation filled with fitting images and overviews corresponding to your text content.
In our experiment, we decided to create a presentation about Gen Z. The resulting presentation was fantastic, incorporating stunning images and information, even translated into Hindi!
Of course, the AI doesn't entirely eliminate the human touch. You'll need to review the presentation, tune the text alignment, replace some of the images if needed, and generally ensure that everything is up to your satisfaction.
By the way, if an image is missing, you can easily fix that by simply clicking on 'replace image' and sourcing another directly from your computer or the internet.
The beauty of this technique is that it saves time and effort by eliminating the need to create everything from scratch.
MagicSlides.app, effectively, does the heavy lifting for you, creating a professional and captivating presentation with just a piece of text. So, from a writer's perspective, it's largely a matter of copy-pasting text and making minor adjustments!
