To copy multiple slides in Google Slides, use the Slide Sorter view to select and drag the desired slides. Right-click, choose "Copy," then paste into a new presentation. Adjust formatting and order as needed. Refer to the latest Google Slides instructions for any interface changes. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Open the Presentation: Open the presentation that contains the slides you want to copy and the new presentation where you want to copy the slides to.

Step 2: Select Slides:

  • Click and drag to select the slides you want to copy. You can hold down the Ctrl (or Cmd) key while clicking to select multiple slides.

Step 3: Copy Slides:

  • Once the desired slides are selected, right-click on any of the selected slides.
  • Choose "Copy" from the context menu.

Step 4: Paste Slides:

  • Switch to the new presentation where you want to copy the slides.
  • Right-click on the slide sorter area.
  • Choose "Paste" from the context menu.

Step 5: Adjust Slide Order (if necessary): After pasting the slides, you can rearrange them in the new presentation if needed.

Step 6: Format Adjustment (if necessary): Depending on the formatting and design of your original presentation, you might need to adjust formatting, fonts, and images to fit the new presentation's style.

Step 7: Save the New Presentation: Remember to save your new presentation with the copied slides. You can find the save option when you right click on the mouse or simply use ctrl+s.
