      No Excuses

      Bodyweight only, eliminating equipment excuses. Just pure grit and determination to achieve peak performance.

      Daily Routine

      This is a full daily routine for your.

      Phase 1: Warm-Up (5 mins)

        Jumping Jacks

        1 minute of cardio to raise your heart rate and engage multiple muscle groups.

        Arm Circles

        1 minute forward and back to improve shoulder mobility and warm up your rotator cuffs.

        High Knees

        1 minute (stationary) to activate your core and hip flexors, improving lower body mobility.

        Squats

        1 minute to prepare the lower body!

        Shadowboxing

        1 minute to improve coordination and focus before the main workout.

        Phase 2: Main Workout Circuit (3 Rounds)

          Air Squats (20 reps)

          Master your core and leg for all of the activities!

          Push-ups (10-15 reps)

          Increase your upper-body strength!

          Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)

          Engage cardio and improve your physical stamina!

          Plank to Push-up (10 reps)

          Engage your core and upper-body at the same time!

          Consistent Performance

          Repeat 3 Rounds, Rest 30 seconds between exercises. 1 min between rounds.

            Leg Raises (15 reps)

            Build lower abdominal strength and stability.

            Wall Sit (45 seconds)

            Strengthen your quads and improve mental toughness.

            Bicycle Crunches (30 seconds)

            Target obliques and core for a well-rounded abdominal workout.

            Burpees (10 reps)

            Challenge cardiovascular endurance, full body workout.

            Plank Hold (1 minute)

            Build core strength and improve overall stability.

            Phase 3: Finisher (5-10 mins)

              Option A: 100 Reps Challenge

              Complete 25 reps each of jumping jacks, squats, sit-ups, and push-ups for a final burst of intensity.

              Option B: Tabata Burn (4 mins)

              20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest (x8 rounds) alternating between jumping jacks and mountain climbers.
