- Go to your Google Slides presentation.

- Click on the slide where you want to insert the image.
- Go to "Insert" in the top menu.
- Select "Image" and choose "Upload from computer" to upload the image you want to make transparent.

- After uploading the image to your slide, double-click on the image to open the image options.
- Click on "Format options" (it looks like a paintbrush icon).

- In the Format options pane on the right, under the "Adjustments" section, you'll see a transparency slider. Slide it to adjust the image's opacity to your desired level of transparency.
- Once you're satisfied with the level of transparency, click "Done" or "Apply" in the Format options pane.
