How to Turn PowerPoint into Notes?
#Method 1. Export PowerPoint as Notes Pages
- Open the PowerPoint file.

- Select Export.
- Choose Create Handouts.
- Click Create Handouts again.
- A prompt will appear; choose Notes next to slides.
- PowerPoint creates a Word file with slides + notes combined.
#Method 2. Use Print Layout to Turn Slides Into Notes
- Open the PowerPoint.
- Press Ctrl + P or File > Print.
- Under Settings, choose Notes Pages.
- Select Print to PDF or your printer.
- Save the PDF version of your notes.
