Steps to Use Speaker Notes in Google Slides
Step 1: Open Your Google Slides Presentation
- Go to Google Slides.

- Open an existing presentation or create a new one by typing
slide.newin your browser.
Step 2: Enable the Speaker Notes Section
- At the bottom of the screen, locate the Speaker Notes section.

- If you don’t see it, click on View in the top menu and select Show speaker notes to enable it.
Step 3: Add Notes to Your Slides
- Click inside the Speaker Notes box below a slide.

- Type the key points or details you want to remember while presenting.
Step 4: View Speaker Notes While Presenting
- Click Slideshow in the top-right corner.
- Select Presenter View from the dropdown menu.

- A new window will open, showing your slides on one screen and your speaker notes on another.
Step 5: Use Speaker Notes During Your Presentation
- If using dual monitors, keep speaker notes open on one screen and display the slides on the other.
- Scroll through your notes as you move from slide to slide.
