- Open Your Presentation: Launch PowerPoint and open the presentation containing the image you want to crop.

- Select the Image: Click on the image you wish to crop. This will bring up the "Format" tab in the ribbon at the top.

- Access the Crop Tool: Within the "Format" tab, locate the "Crop" button. It looks like a square with corner lines extending from it or you can right click on the picture to directly access the crop button.

- Crop the Image: Click on the "Crop" button. This will add resizing handles to the corners and edges of the image. You'll also see a dark overlay on the image.

- Undo or Re-adjust (Optional): If you're not happy with the result, you can always click on the image and select the "Crop" button again. This allows you to readjust the crop area.
- Save Your Presentation: Make sure to save your presentation to keep the changes.
