once we are done by using the presentation or we simply want to remove a heavy file and get more space we might consider deleting…

Step 1: Open the Folder: Navigate to the folder on your computer where the PowerPoint presentation is saved.

Step 2: Select the Presentation: Click on the file icon representing the PowerPoint presentation you want to delete. The file should be highlighted.

Step 3: Delete the Presentation:

Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
Right-click on the selected file and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
Alternatively, you can drag the file to the "Recycle Bin" (Windows) or "Trash" (Mac).

Step 4: Empty the Recycle Bin/Trash (Optional):

Right-click on the "Recycle Bin" or "Trash" icon on your desktop and choose "Empty Recycle Bin" or "Empty Trash."
